SAVI Coaching runs this site and the Coach Personality Test. If anything here is unclear, email info@savicoach.com and a real person will answer.

What we collect

When you take one of our tests, we collect:

  • Your first name, and the gender, age range, and coaching level you select
  • Your answers to the test questions and the result they produce
  • Your email address, if you choose to unlock your full report
  • Basic visit information: whether you are on a phone or a computer, which link or ad brought you here, and the pages you viewed

When you use SAVI Sync, we collect the account details you enter, the content and settings you create in the tool, and basic usage information needed to keep it working.

We never ask for your phone number, home address, date of birth, or payment details on this website.

If you go on to join SAVI Basketball, that happens on Skool, a separate company with its own privacy policy. Skool and its payment processor handle your card details. We never see or store them.

Why we collect it

  • To calculate your result and show you your report
  • To email you your report and follow-up coaching emails
  • To improve our tests by seeing which questions confuse people
  • To understand who our coaches are, in aggregate, so we build the right things
  • To measure whether our marketing works

Who else sees it

We use a small number of companies to run this. Each sees only what it needs:

  • Fly.io hosts our applications and stores your responses and result in our own database.
  • Beehiiv sends our emails and holds your email address, first name, and result.
  • Cloudflare provides DNS and hosting for parts of our website.
  • Meta provides the Meta Pixel on our website (see Advertising and analytics below). It receives standard visit information such as the pages you view. It does not receive your individual test answers.
  • Google Fonts serves the fonts used on our pages. Your browser contacts Google to load them, which means Google receives your IP address. No test answers are sent.
  • Google Workspace is where our team email lives, if you write to us.
  • Skool and Stripe handle membership and payment, only if you choose to join.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Advertising and analytics

Our website uses the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads and content work. It receives information such as the pages you viewed, the device you're on, and — if you take a test — your result type. It does not receive your individual answers.

Most browsers let you block this kind of script entirely. Our site and our tests work normally either way.

Emails

If you unlock your report, we email it to you and follow up with coaching emails related to your result. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and we stop. You can unsubscribe and still keep your report.

How long we keep it

We keep test responses so we can improve our tests, and your email for as long as you are subscribed. Ask us to delete your data and we will, including your test responses.

Security

We protect your information with industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it
  • Email info@savicoach.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted
  • California residents: we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law. You may request access, correction, or deletion, and we will not discriminate against you for asking.
  • Other US states: if your state gives you rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, email us and we will honor them.
  • Canada: you may ask what personal information we hold and request access or correction. You may withdraw consent to marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link.

Where your information is handled

We operate in the United States, and our service providers store and process information in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand your information will be handled there.

Children

Our tests and tools are meant for adults and are not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will remove it.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
